15 Minutes to Youth

Black Hills Health and Education Center, one of OCI’s ministries, focuses on healing people in every way. Recently the director wrote a brief article about staying young and avoiding osteoporosis.

In as little as 15 minutes three times per week you can develop all the muscle mass you would ever want. For you ladies, stimulating your muscles is the best way for you to avoid osteoporosis.
