HEALTH: Energy Tip

Dr. David Emerson from Eden Valley Lifestyle Center shares a health tip.

Want more energy for the day?  In 1967 test subjects were fed meat, eggs, milk and cheese exclusively and peddled 57 minutes before exhaustion on a bicycle treadmill.  On an essentially plant food diet with 80 percent of the calories from carbohydrates they peddled 170 minutes before exhaustion, 3 times longer.
