HEALTH: Let It Snow!

Chilly temperatures and snow often characterize the winter season in many parts of the world. Cooler weather and the holidays also bring families together and present an excuse for extra cooking and baking. However, who wants to spend excessive amounts of time in the kitchen and miss out on the fellowship with friends and family? Here is a quick dessert that will have everyone raving, yet won’t waste too much of your precious time.

Regardless of whether it snows in your region, have some winter fun with this simple and delicious vegan dessert from Elizabath Hopkins, the food service director at Black Hills Health & Education Center, one of OCI’s ministries in South Dakota.
