HEALTH: Find Joy In Soy

Not everyone enjoys soy. Yet the unassuming beans are packed with nutritious value.  Just one cup of soybeans provides 57.2 percent of the daily value for protein for less than 300 calories and only 2.2 grams of saturated fat.*
